How do I get the hold on my transcript removed?

Check with one of the Advisors to find out the reason for the hold. Some are for library fines or parking tickets. Those offices have to remove them. Some come from Financial Aid or Cashiers (if you owe money).The advisors can remove holds they put on: e.g., if you're on academic probation; if you need to change your major; if you're a new student who hasn't been advised yet.
