ARW Engineers, a consulting structural engineering firm located in Ogden, has been ranked by Structural Engineer Magazine as the 2011 Best Structural Engineering Firm to Work For in the United States. This annual recognition honors firms that are dedicated to providing their staff with exceptional work environments.
ARW Engineers was founded in 1969, and has been located in the Ogden area ever since. The 15 engineers all of whom hold graduate degrees from the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Utah State University, have a combined 166 years of engineering experience, with only 5 years of that experience being at other firms. The 6 drafters have a combined 68 years of drafting experience and an average tenure of 10 years at ARW.
The award was given at a summit held in San Diego, CA on September 29.
